Newpark Developments Ltd is a family owned Construction and Property Development company based in Swinford, Co. Mayo.

Since breaking into the Construction Industry in 1999, we have been recognised as a leading Construction and Development Company in the West of Ireland. Newpark Developments Ltd was established by Vincent Gavin.

Vincent has over 30 years of experience working within the Irish and UK Construction Industries. Involved in all aspects of the business, Vincent takes a leading role in risk assessment, planning, implementation, construction and completion protocol for all projects.

Over the past 22 years we have played a significant role in the development of over 250 residential family homes throughout the County of Mayo. We have built a reputation, second to none for our craftsmanship and quality of our builds. We ensure each house constructed is built to the very highest standard.
